What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods via Wompi.
Where are the meeting places?
In the tour information you will see the meeting point before you make your booking.
The pick up service is only in the north of Cartagena, if you are outside the area we will arrange a meeting point with you.
Don't forget to check what is included in each experience.
Do I need to print a receipt?
What language are the tours in?
The tours are in Spanish, but if you need a guide in another language, please contact us in advance before the tour.
What happens if there is bad weather?
I want to cancel my booking, how do I do it?
To cancel your reservation you can contact us 24 hours before the service, please note the cancellation fees. terms & conditions.
How do I apply for a refund?
You can claim a refund if:
- You must contact us and provide us with the requested supports in order to study your case. If your case is approved, the refund will be made within the following 48 hours.
No-shows on the day and time indicated on your tour booking are considered NO SHOW and you will not be able to claim a refund.
